“MOSQUITO-ZAN” Suction Electroinsecticide

Inside the “MOSQUITO ZAN” device there is a high-brightness and low-energy consumption LED chromatic band; a powerful, silent, and safe fan that sucks in insects depositing them in a special container compartment, including a specific filter, so that they dehydrate and die; a transparent polycarbonate grid (self-extinguishing and unbreakable material) that limits access to only target insects, avoiding the capture of useful insects such as butterflies.

It includes a dedicated compartment for inserting our attractant (Art.7356), specifically designed to enhance its effectiveness in catching mosquitoes, mimicking the scents emitted by mammals. This solution is safe and environmentally friendly, as it does not use harmful chemicals.

The device is equipped with a USB power cable, allowing it to be used through various power sources, such as power banks and USB adapters for cars and camping, ensuring an effective solution for repelling insects even in mobile situations, such as during a car trip or outdoor excursion. Therefore, it adapts to multiple circumstances, providing reliable protection against annoying insects.

It’s easy to use and requires no special maintenance. It is recommended to empty the container compartment every 15 days, specifically designed to avoid direct contact with the insects. This process takes only a few minutes and does not require the use of special tools or technical knowledge.

The “MOSQUITO ZAN” by Sandokan is energy-efficient, as it allows for 24-hour operation without significant economic expenses, as keeping it regularly active is recommended for greater product effectiveness. Our UV LEDs consume up to 5 times less energy than neon light devices.

The design and development of our suction electroinsecticides by Sandokan are the result of a close collaboration with the renowned Entomology department at the University of Bologna, a partnership that, combined with our experience and expertise, ensures the maximum effectiveness and innovation in our products.

They are HCCP certified, meaning they adhere to specific standards of food hygiene and safety, making it possible to use them in food companies engaged in production, preparation, processing, manufacturing, packaging, storage, transportation, distribution, handling, sale, provision, and serving to the consumer.

HOW IT WORKS:

Placement: Place the electroinsecticide in a location where mosquitoes are commonly present, preferably in a dark area without drafts. Avoid placing it near you or in areas where you spend a lot of time, otherwise, you might attract mosquitoes to your area.

Continuous operation: continuous use (24 hours a day) is recommended to maximize effectiveness in catching insects.

Advice: Remember that while suction electroinsecticides can be useful in catching mosquitoes and other insects, it is important to adopt other preventive measures to reduce the presence of mosquitoes, such as using larvicides to interrupt the mosquito life cycle and reduce their population. Combining the use of suction electroinsecticides with larvicides can be an effective approach to reduce the presence of adult mosquitoes and prevent their proliferation.
