  1. Intro

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products from Sandokan.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

  1. Product Information

Product descriptions on the site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Images are approximate.

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euro and include VAT. The payment methods accepted are specified during checkout.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free for orders over 49.99€ The estimated delivery time for Italy is 24/48h, from the first working day following the order.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, returning them undamaged and in original packaging.

  • Return Procedure
    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Sandokan of the decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit statement by sending an e-mail to sandokan@sandokan.com.
  • Conditions for Return
    • Products must be returned undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.
    • The return must be made within 14 days of the communication of the decision to withdraw.
  • Return Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs for the return of products are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by Sandokan.
  • Refund
     Once the returned products have been received and their integrity has been verified, Sandokan will proceed to refund the amount paid by the customer, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same method of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction.
  • Defective or Damaged Products
    In case of defective or damaged products, the customer should contact Sandokan’s customer service immediately at sandokan@sandokan.com. Sandokan will replace defective products or refund the amount paid, including return shipping costs.
  • Esclusion
    The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for customised or sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery.

  1. Warranties and Claims

The products are covered by a legal warranty for conformity defects. For complaints, the customer may contact customer service at sandokan@sandokan.com.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Sandokan is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by events beyond our control.

  1. Privacy

Customer’s personal data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Italian law.
